A tribute to the most distinguished Asian American Engineers

The AAEOY Award is a prestigious program that pays particular tribute to the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) professionals of Asian heritage.

The AAEOY awardeeshave set exemplary models for the next generation.It is our honor to congratulate the 2019 AAEOY Award recipients for their outstanding achievements. More than 650 distinguished guests, corporate executives, community leaders, and local guests attended the 2019 AAEOY Award and Conference on August 16th-17th, 2019, at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

In addition to the AAEOY Award, the 2019 Executive Committee partnered with DiscoverE and local CIE/USA chapters to kick-off a new initiative - “Future Engineers Program”, in order to motivate students in grades K-12 to participate in STEM activities. Events for the 2019 Future Engineers Program include: Future City Competition, Math Competition, and Student Engineering & Creativity Competition (SECC). 2019 AAEOY committee also hosted a variety of quality programs. A Job Fair and an interactive Sponsor Exhibition were held to attract local talents and to showcase sponsor companies. More than 60 executives and awardees from the sponsor companies were invited to the Technical Executive Forum, to network, exchange ideas, discuss industry trends and challenges, as well as to collaborate. The International Technology and Leadership Conference (ITLC) featured fifteen distinguished speakers (five of them are this year’s prestigious AAEOY awardees) and attracted over 300 participants from the DFW area.

The 2020 AAEOY will be held on May 1st-2nd, 2020, at the Hyatt Regency & Santa Clara Convention Center, California.
